We want to be your primary source of information for real estate in the Pasadena area.

The purpose of this blog is to inform and educate homeowners and potential homeowners about the local real estate market. While there are many blogs available to consumers, we saw an opportunity to focus on the San Gabriel Valley and more specifically Pasadena, South Pasadena and Altadena Real Estate. Our mission is to also inform potential clients about the myths and misconceptions people may have about discount brokerages in this very competitive industry.

Why a real estate blog?

A blog allows more of an interactive approach than just a website. Consumers can read articles, research home sales, browse comments by other readers and even post their own opinions. While many of the articles will be educational, others will be written with an editorial perspective. We will also feature guest columnists, who are professionals in their field. They will be writing about a specific area of expertise and what role they play in the real estate transaction.
