More likely, you are not the only person offering a low-ball offer - and if your offer is actually one that is in-line with the most recent sales, it&#039;s not likely to be perceived as a &quot;kick&quot;, so no need to actually &quot;shake their hand&quot; afterwards.</description>

Maybe I&#039;m sadistic, but that is such a funny dichotomy.  It sounds about right, though I have to admit, I&#039;m sure I&#039;m not skilled enough to pull that off.  From your suggestions, 3 and 4 sound pretty scary, though 3 sounds much like a much more terrifying prospect.</description>
