Check out the “Home Sales” tab in the title bar. There you will find a history of home sales within the Pasadena, Altadena & South Pasadena real estate markets. Not only will you find the latest information updated monthly, you can also go back as far as January 2004 and see what was happening in your neighborhood. The data lists sales price, square footage, days on market, beds/baths, lot size and cost per square foot. Most of the information is sorted by zip + 4, so you should be able to identify comparable houses and see the increases in value over time.

We will provide the most current Up2date information no later than 5-7 days after month end. So check back periodically and stay Up2date on current valuations or research the home that just sold around the corner.
